Through out these chapters i had some good connections. Some reminded me of of some movies, i dont why but I just did. I did a double entry journal about all the connections i made through out the book, i just cant remember them all. Oh yeah whaen Jem and Scout switch places it reminded me of the movie the Parent Trap. When the two girls switch so one can visit her mom and the other can go visit her dad. “He spends his time doing things that would’nt get done if nobody did em”. This connects with my parents; well you im pretty lazy at the house, and my parents always tell to get the dishes done or get my room clean. I end up saying “I’ll get it done I promise”. Weeks later my mom goes up to me and says “Why did’nt you do the dishes, I told you all last week, now I’ll have to do it now”. Wow even me typing sounds like my mom. Wick’ed. I made a connection about a Niel Diamond song called “Brother Love”, in the text it said “Brethren and Sisters”. Immeditaly I thought of the song. If you’ve seen Lost and Found, with David Spade you know what I’m talking about. He does this scene, dressed up as Niel Diamond and he is trying to get a promotion from his boss. Its just so hilarious watching him do this scene. The text said “You brought us hickory nuts”, I have a connection that every Christmas my grandpa gives us a bag of wal-nuts. I don’t eat them, but my parents likes them, and there gone in like 20 minuetes or less.

On our blogs we did all sorts of things, like we put flickr acounts in, so we can post all kinds of cool pictures. I just recently figured out that we can post the fickr web page on our blog page. It’s cool because you you dont have to go to the long way to the page. We’ve been doing blogs about all sorts of books we read like old man and the sea, of mice and men and to kill a mocking bird. I think we do blogs about the book so we know whats going on in the book. It really helps me, it keeps me on track what im suppose to do. Blogging really helps by giving som biography’s about someone or something. For example I did a season update about Joe Mauer, who’s one of the best clutch hitters in the MLB, thats why he won the batting title. You all know who he is, so anyways the biography is really neat to try out and it’s something to do when you are bord. Another cool way to this is you write your thoughts about what you think of something inpaticular. Punk Drunk Love gives great examples of that, when you get the time you should visit her site, its really cool. I’m still learning about the neat blog tools, so i do not know what else I can put on. I’m excited to see what else I can do. Just now Archer18 put in a some standings for baseball. You click on his hilited team and it takes you to the Cleveland Indians home page, its very cool. You see theres a whole bunch of interesting things to do on the blogs. You just have to put in some time for. Well Im Hunter48 and you stay classy Central High School.

Wow!! A skit about the radley’s this should be alot of fun. The gang and i decided to do a skit about the radleys average life. I had a blast playing Boo Radley, dogs are my favorite and i had fun immitating one; but I ask myself what if the radleys finally came outside and saw us doing the skit, I think he would go crazy on us. That would be the last day to have fun if he caught us.
Cool white stuff! I found what the the white stuff was called, snow they call it. I heard my over my dad that this our first snow storm over 26 years. Later on that day, we went outside and built a snowman. It was funny because we borrowed some materials from Miss. Spodie. It was also funny that I sole her hat and a trimmer. She was yelling from across the street so my dad looked at me in disapointment. But he went over and staighten things out. I chuckled, then I continued to build the snowman. As we got done building a snowman we stopped and thinked about who it looks like, my sister said that it looks like Mr. Avery. It was funny because It really did look like him.
Fire!! In 3 o’ clock in the morning my dad woke us up. I was worried, then he went over and woke up my sister. He took us out in the cold, I just had slim clothes on, so I was very cold. In just a few minutes it started to get warm, while it was warm I looked up and saw a bright orange redish stuff coming out of Miss Maudie’s house. Then I realized it was fire, and fire is very hot and dangerous. I was wondering if Miss Maudie is okay. Then I saw her then I calmed myself. I just can’t believe how brave my dad is, I also can’t believe that he went into a flaming house. Someday I will be brave just like him.
